Dr. Pamela Echterling graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine, University of Missouri, in 1974 and practiced in St. Louis County before starting her practice in St. Charles County in 1977. She is a member of local, city and state veterinary associations.

She enjoys retrieving classes with her Lab, Force and hopes to do dock diving with her Goldendoodle, Thelonious Monk. Ruthie is an Oriental Short Hair.

She is married and lives in St. Charles County with her two sons. She is an active member of her church and youth football.

Her family pets include two Terriers, Honey Bun & Thunder and a cat, Sarge.
